Kevin & Wendy Beery

 

Kevin and Wendy Beery have ministered in Bulgaria since 1994. Their assignment at the Sofia Pentecostal Bible College has put them in contact with students from across the country who are studying in preparation for a variety of ministries. God has recently called the Beerys to transition into a new area of responsibility. Kevin's new assignment as Area Director provides him the privilege of interacting with the over 50 A/G missionaries in 11 countries. His responsibilities also include continuing healthy and beneficial relationships with the national church leaders. Kevin travels and communicates with the missionary family to provide encouragement, support, and direction.  His burden is to see thriving missionaries in productive, long-term ministry, furthering the kingdom of God in Southeastern Europe.  Please pray for Kevin as he travels, for his safety and health, and also for wisdom and insight as he interacts with missionaries and national church leadership in the area. Wendy feels her role is to pray and encourage the women in the Southeastern Europe community.  She is involved in leading a Bulgarian women's Bible study, as well as helping to coordinate events for international women in Bulgaria.  Please pray for wisdom for Wendy as she intercedes for the missionary women and also for strength as she tends to the family and ministry needs while Kevin travels.  Kevin and Wendy have 3 children.  Laura, age 11, and twins, Eric and Ellie, 9. The family is currently in the States for two years to help meet the educational needs of the children, and are thoroughly enjoying being plugged into a church and school setting that are meeting their needs in this season of life.  Kevin is busy traveling in the U.S. and Southeastern Europe.
